The Loyalty and Referral program is made for all our customers, especially for those recurring customers who want to save money on every purchase they make, even in physical stores.

But how do you save money?

The first step is to Create an Account in our store.

When you create your account you earn your first 100 points which is equivalent to $10 dollars. Those 100 Points ($10 dollars) can be redeemed in the next purchase you make in our online store at the end of the purchase or in any of our physical stores, do not forget to mention your email with which you created your account to the cashier employee.

Assuming that you will make a purchase in our online store, you will have to follow the following process to redeem your points and obtain your discount.

1. Search for the product you want to buy
2. Select the size you need
3. Add your product to cart
4. Makes sure your cart is complete
5. Select the "Check out" button
6. In the window that arrived select the amount of points you want to redeem

Important: The system can only redeem closed numbers from 100 Points ($10 dollars) as a minimum, up to 1000 Points ($100 dollars) as a maximum, the amounts that can be redeemed are broken down in the following table.

Once you have selected the points you want to redeem, the discount will be reflected instantly, if you selected the 100 Points you earned when creating your account, you will have to see a discount of $10 dollars on its normal price as shown in the following image.

Then you just have to follow the normal process to finalize your purchase.

How to earn more points?

There are several ways to earn points, the first is by making purchases, depending on the level you are at, it will be the number of points you earn for each purchase, for example; At the Bronze Level, when you buy you are earning 1 Point for every dollar spent in our stores, whether in physical stores or online store, but if you are at Platinum Level, you will earn 1.6 Points for every dollar spent.

Example: If you are on Bronze Level and buy an item for $159.95, you will automatically get 159 points in your account, which is the equivalent of $15 dollars, but if you are on Platinum Level and buy the same item for $159.95, you will get 255 points in your account , which is the equivalent of $25 dollars, now do you see the difference?

Important: In order to obtain the points of the reviews on your purchases, it is necessary to wait for you to receive an email requesting the review, usually the email arrives 10 days after the purchase.

You can refer friends by sending them a 10% discount gift to their email, you can also share your link on WhatsApp and social networks so that more people can see it and you are more likely to have successful referrals.

In order to make your referrals valid, it is necessary that the friend or person you are referring makes the purchase with the link that you shared, otherwise, you will not be able to obtain your 100 Points.
