Refund PolicyUpdated a year ago

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable):

Any item with obvious signs of use.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email to [email protected] and send your item to: 3623 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93711, United States.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is applied.

In credit cards, your refund may take longer to be reflected, up to 30 days after being made.
