For now our shipping service is only in the United States and the cost is calculated based on the parcel service and the location to which the shipment will be made.
Shipments are made only on business days (Monday - Friday), do not include holidays within the United States.
The arrival time at your destination depends on the location to which the package was sent, it can take from 3 to 9 business days and totally depends on the carrier used to manage our shipments (UPS or USPS).
Orders can be shipped from multiple locations. The Customer will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number for each shipment.
The Customer will be notified by email or text message within 48 hours of receiving their order if there is a delay in their order that will affect the shipping guidelines specified above.
All orders are processed once the authorization and verification of the Client's debit or credit card has been obtained.
In what situations does Botines Charros pay the shipping cost?
When The Client buys a product greater than $299 USD or his order of several products exceeds $299 USD.
In what situations does the Customer pay the shipping cost?
When the product The Customer purchased is below $299 USD or their multi-product order is below $299 USD.
