Returns and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. If you return a used product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, and the product will be shipped back to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.

  • Items not returned in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, please contact us first at [email protected] and send your item to: 1520 N Mountain Ave #118, Ontario, CA 91762, United States.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company; refunds may take some time to be posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time.

Refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days. If you've completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].


RETURNS OR EXCHANGES APPLY IF:

  • The product has manufacturing defects such as broken zippers, missing ornaments, or broken buckles.

  • An incorrect item was received (unused).

  • The product does not fit or is different in size, color, or model than selected, provided it is unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DO NOT APPLY IF:

  • Products show signs of use (scratches, stains, worn soles, marks on leather or material).

  • Damage caused by misuse, liquids, fire, or exposure to inappropriate conditions.

  • Natural wear and tear from use.

SPECIAL PRODUCTS:

  • We do not accept returns on "Final Sale" or "Flash Sale" products (promotions lasting 48 hours or less), except for manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

Botines Charros covers the cost if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Botines Charros sent the incorrect item.

The customer covers the cost if:

  • They want to exchange for a different size, color, or model.

  • They wish to return the product without a specific reason or simply because they did not like it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the order number (example: #BC12345).

ABOUT DEER LEATHER:

Deer leather is soft and delicate and can easily mark or scratch with use or friction. These natural marks are not considered defects or valid reasons for return.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear, even within the established period.
